My favorite part of being a Realtor is ending up with well informed, well educated clients at the closing table --- and then those clients become friends and come to me over the years for all things house and Idaho related. After 14 years as a full-time agent, I've learned that the more quality information I can give to my clients, the more relaxed and comfortable they are with the selling or buying experience---and we're often able to enjoy it together and have some fun! My clients have taught me many important lessons over the years and the thing that they love the best is that I communicate with them constantly through the process and help clear the path to closing. As a trainer of Windermere Professionals, I am able to help educate new agents in how to provide 5 Star service to their clients. We hire full-time agents in our office because the best way to be a market expert is to be IN the market every day. I'm proud to say that Boise is my hometown. I am a fifth generation Idahoan and my family has been in the Real Estate business for four generations.
